The delivery of products purchased on http://www.le-piquet.com takes place on average within 1 day from the order in Italy and the EU if your order came in within 12.00AM, and within 2 days if you order after 12.00AM for all destination Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders, a business day must be added for normal administrative checks.if we have some problems with your shipping for any problem, we contact you immediatly to explane which is the problem and we could re-pay you if the shipping time will not be right for you.

Pre-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page.
These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
The return window for online purchases is 15 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your LE PIQUET account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor.
Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your LE PIQUET Account.
